How to report an error
- Use the "Report a correction" link on the page with the error, or email [email protected].
- Tell us the page address and what is wrong.
- If you can, include a link to the official source that shows the correct information (for example the agency filing or the official settlement website).
Please do not send personal information such as your Social Security number, account numbers or a copy of your own breach letter. We do not need them to correct a page.
How we handle corrections
- We check every report against the official source.
- If a page is wrong, we correct it and update its "Last updated" date.
- If an official source changes (for example an amended filing), we update the page to match and keep the earlier source listed where it helps explain the change.
- We keep an internal log of every correction.
Organizations named on this site
If you represent an organization named on a page and believe a fact is wrong, please send the official source that shows the correct information. We will check it and correct the page if the official record supports it.
